Who We’re Looking For
If you’re an IT Ops Superhero, we need you here at Curve! We are looking for a bright, adaptable, and hardworking IT Support Engineer with a diverse set of skills that can thrive in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Your mission should you choose to accept it will be to be responsible for providing support, implementing solutions and defining company policies.In our IT Support role, you will be the front line IT support for a rapidly growing organisation with a team of 55 aiming to be 90 by the end of the year. You will be the go-to resource for desktop troubleshooting, technical support and system set-up. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to receive mentoring and training with clear career progression within a technology-led company.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide timely and responsive resolution to all IT problems in a friendly and supportive manner.
- Provision and maintenance of workstations and laptops (MacOS & Windows) for our office.
- Have a logical/analytical approach to troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Providing internal support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Software implementation, licensing, asset tracking and updates.
- Management of users/groups, permissions, file sharing and network security.
- Creation and maintenance of system documentation.
- Daily archiving and backups.
- Ad hoc projects dependent on the needs of the business.

Who Should You be
- Minimum 1 years professional experience as an IT Administrator or similar Support Role.
- Excellent knowledge of Apple MacOS and Windows.
- Understanding of networks, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, FTP and Active Directory.
- Previous experience troubleshooting equipment and able to diagnose and fix hardware faults and software issues.
- Familiarity with Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Compute, G Suite, Dropbox & other cloud platforms.
- Basic Linux and SQL server experience are preferred but not essential.
- Excellent skills communicating technical topics clearly and simply to non-technical personnel.
- Must be team-oriented with the ability to work across various departments.
- Previous experience in a dynamic/start-up environment.
- Passion for IT and technology in general.
- Aptitude and desire to learn quickly.
