At Geckoboard, we’re helping companies all around the world make use of their data and align their teams on the things that matter most to them. With ambitious goals to connect with more businesses, we’re looking for an experienced marketing leader to propel our marketing team through the next chapters of growth for Geckoboard.

It should come as no surprise that we consider ourselves to be data-geeks and we’re looking for somebody equally data-driven and results focused. You see Marketing as art and science, and marry quantitative and qualitative analysis with creativity to build high-performing campaigns. Interrogating market and customer data will help inform your strategy, and enable you to create objectives and hypotheses that are well thought out and measurable.

We see two main challenges ahead of us: shaping the Geckoboard brand and message to position us as the leading TV Dashboard software in the world, and continuing to diversify the sources of our pipeline so that our marketing funnel continues to drive growth. Your experience in growing a brand in the B2B technology space and background demand generation will be vital in order to make this happen.

Joining a team of friendly, dynamic individuals with bold goals and lean experiment-driven marketing processes; as Head of Marketing, you will develop the strategy, align the team to the vision, and encourage them to execute with autonomy. However, you should be equally happy to split your time thinking strategically and getting involved with day-to-day delivery to help the team succeed.

*As our Head of Marketing you’ll:*

* *Deeply understand Geckoboard:* You’ll cultivate a thorough understanding of the Geckoboard product and our customers. Keeping in mind what is best for our customer.
* *Develop the marketing strategy:* Using both quantitative and qualitative data, you’ll build a results-focused strategy and objectives for the team.
* *Build the Geckoboard brand:* You’ll execute on strategies to drive awareness, growth and loyalty through traditional, digital and social channels.
* *Bring the team together:* You will define and frame problems for your team and work with them to execute solutions in the best way possible. You will be teaching, mentoring, motivating and growing an exceptional multi-disciplinary marketing team.
* *Support marketing initiatives:* You’ll oversee and support the team on projects including website redesign, community engagement, events, partner marketing and more as we head into 2019.
* *Connect teams:* You’ll help foster and optimise connections across teams at Geckoboard (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Talent and Leadership) to enable team delivery and alignment across the business.
* *Manage team delivery:* You’ll be responsible for the regularly reporting on projects and initiatives, as well as ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

*You should apply if:*

* You’re excited by the idea of helping businesses make use of their data!
* You come from a B2B software marketing background, preferably SaaS.
* You’ve managed a team of at least 4 direct reports and are passionate about fostering individual and team growth.
* You’re iterative and a rigorous experimenter, backing your hypothesis with data.
* You are a strong and persuasive communicator and able to speak to clearly through positive and negative situations, adjusting for your audience.
* You understand digital distribution, have experience with brand development and demand generation.
