WANTED: A world-class marketer who is a cracking-good copywriter, a content magician and a social superstar to drive the strategy, planning, development and delivery of how Unruly engages and retains its customers globally. They will be digitally savvy with deep experience of social media and content creation that drives engagement. Creation and execution of a social media and content strategy will be key to the role.

This commercially aware person will be hungry to develop their content skills and build their marketing knowledge. They will collaborate with the Business Development and Commercial teams to promote Unruly products and services across multiple marketing touch points.

This person will be highly creative, with the brainpower to turn data into compelling insights and craft engaging stories across different platforms where Unruly can inspire and shape industry conversations.

Leverage content and social to engage with Unruly customers and the wider advertising and publishing industry through a variety of content-driven marketing tactics.

About You: Experience

You must have:

Experience in social media strategy, management and execution.
Experience of copywriting across the marketing mix, including sales collateral, case study materials, whitepapers, blogs and thought leadership pieces.
Experience of planning and executing content marketing campaigns.
Experience of working across marketing and commercial teams to drive integrated marketing strategies to grow revenue from existing clients and drive new business.
Experience of using different tools and tactics to engage customers

We’d love it if you:

Have experience of working in a busy commercial or sales driven environment, are highly numerate and able to work with data to inform commercially-successful content strategies.

Have ad tech experience.

Outputs

Customer Engagement Strategy

Develop and in-depth understanding of our customers/audiences
Develop and execute a global social media and content strategy
Partner with our Operations Team to discover what customers love about Unruly and how we can improve our customer service
Apply our customer personas to better target collateral materials
Collateral

Feed intelligence from Commercial teams back into our collateral
Create custom collateral for sellers and for key accounts (case studies, white papers, videos, internal comms, proposals). Socialise them around the world so that every sales team in every country has access to them and work with regional teams to localise materials
Write copy for landing pages and email campaigns, working collaboratively with our customer acquisitions manager
Use a variety of marketing tactics (online and offline) to grow customer loyalty
Partner closely with the Senior Events Manager and Local Marketing Directors to make sure that we are maximising the effectiveness of our events
Circulate regular reporting/KPIs and learnings on social media engagement and other key stats
