Good Till Co is a four-year-old ambitious start-up EPOS provider to the retail, hospitality and leisure sectors. We have just completed our Series A funding round and are looking for a dynamic marketing manager to help us on our rapid growth journey.

Experience in a start-up or small business environment would be preferable; as a minimum, you will need to be a motivated self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and to muck-in with the rest of our hard-working team whenever needed.

Role and Responsibilities

• Day-to-day ownership of inbound digital funnel to deliver high-quality leads to our telemarketers and sales team
• Day-to-day ownership of outbound campaign funnel, working with sales management on lead generation initiatives, including email and telemarketing campaigns
• Event management of both in-house events and third-party conferences
• Sole responsibility for reporting, pipeline management, conversion ratios and return-on-investment analyses
• Maintenance of our online presence across website and social channels, as well as the creation of content that adds value to both campaigns and SEO
• Working with management to maintain and enhance our brand, image and reputation in the public domain, across all appropriate media, including traditional PR
• Creation and maintenance of appropriate sales tools, including proposal and presentation materials, to help with our go-to-market activities
• Working with in-house experts and third parties on the production of product collateral
• Coordinating with our indirect channels on white label collateral, campaigns and events

Essential Skills and Qualities

• Proven track record in digital funnel management, including SEO and PPC, and how to drive traffic that converts to leads and orders
• Campaign management, lead generation and demand creation experience
• Familiarity with WordPress Content Management System (CMS)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good customer-facing skills, a service-driven manner and a polite demeaner
• A positive attitude with the ability to work on your own and in a small team
• At least three years’ experience in marketing with a campaign and/or digital background

Desired Skills and Qualities

• Knowledge of CRM systems, lead management systems and pipeline reporting
• Budget management experience, including return-on-investment and break-even modelling, and associated management reporting experience
• Brand, image and public relations know-how
• Creative/design skills – Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Remuneration and Location

The role will be based in offices in Southwark in Central London. Total remuneration package is up to £38,000 consisting of a basic salary of £32,000 and a bonus of £6,000 for achievement of performance targets.
