Head of Performance Marketing at leading EdTech company

We are looking to hire a Head of Performance Marketing to join our fast-expanding team in Sheffield.

Tutorful is on a mission to redefine the private tutoring industry. Having started in 2015, we are now helping almost 10,000 students every week across the UK. We have received backing from a leading VC and several prominent tech executives, have raised over £1m to help realise our vision, and are growing more than 100% yoy.

We are now looking for a talented and hands-on Head of Performance Marketing who shares our passion for education, and who can help us define and grow a revolutionary tutoring company. The role will include:
* Taking full responsibility for marketing Tutorful to a consumer audience.
* Developing a deep understanding of the user journey and our growth/referral engine, and adopting a metrics-driven approach to improving it.
* Building out both our paid and organic acquisition funnel, on both sides of our marketplace.
* Managing a team of 4 growth marketers, and working closely with the engineering team to realise ideas.
Continuing to to grow and develop the growth team as the company scales.

About You
* You are able to take a data-driven and analytical approach to decisions, underpinned by a sound understanding of our product and customer base.
* You are equally adept at setting the vision and direction for the growth team, as getting hands-on using modern growth hacking and marketing techniques.
* You have a technical mind and are able to understand the nuances of building growth-led products and sophisticated analytics platforms.

Your skills should include
* A strong analytical background, including using common tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, and Segment through to SQL and Kibana.
* A good understanding of performance marketing (SEM, Display & Facebook) and SEO.
* Experience at driving growth at a consumer company at scale.
* Preferred: A grounding in product management.

Salary is dependent on experience but would be at competitive rates, and would include a component of equity.
