*Job Brief*
We are currently growing at a rapid pace with more and more people using Moneybox. To support this growth we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager.

This role will be responsible for driving cost-effective, scalable customer acquisition across a range of digital marketing channels. You will work closely with one of the Moneybox co-founders and will report directly into the Head of Marketing.

*What You’ll Do*
• Plan effective acquisition strategies across core digital marketing channels including Google, Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter within cost per acquisition targets.
• Deliver high quality campaigns which introduce valuable potential customers to the Moneybox brand and re-target existing customers.
• Ensure accurate reporting of key daily metrics to optimise bids, targeting and creative.
• Work closely with external account managers to ensure acquisition strategies are aligned with recommended best practice.
• Work with Motion Graphic Designer to test and optimise new concepts and messaging.
• Source and test new digital channels and areas for growth.

*What we’re looking for*
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience of setting up and optimising campaigns on channels such as Facebook and Google.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data
• Creative flair – ability to develop new campaign ideas, targeting opportunities and messaging to resonate with target audience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build great relationships both internally and externally
• Strong attention to detail
• Desire to be part of a fast-paced start up environment
