*About the role...*
We're looking for an ambitious "Community & Social Media Champion" who's got a creative flare and an eye for detail to join our Growth & Community team, working alongside them to manage our community of users and to grow the brand across paid and earned channels. As we fast approach the next phase of our product, you'll play a central role in helping us launch our new Marketplace, by engaging and communicating with them across social media, forums and email support. Utilising our blog and other paid/earned channels to also drive awareness and sentiment shift as we seek to regain the top spot that we held only a few months back!

*A bit about you?*
You are highly energetic, confident and dedicated. You are able to shape your own mission along the way, identifying any problems that needs solving and coming up with new approaches and fresh perspectives. You have some experience working with community engagement or social media. Working in a small startup is something that excites you because you want to take ownership and show dedication to our common mission. Lastly, you are well organised and have excellent communication skills.

*Key Skills and Experience needed*
* Experience working with community management/community engagement or similar
* Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good knowledge of social media platforms and trends

* Knowledge of data analytics tools
* Relevant education

We want to give people back control of their data. It’s something often talked about but little acted on, and we’re here to change that. We’re creating a product portfolio focused on collecting and protecting individuals’ data, in an authentic, transparent and most importantly, consensual way.
