Coople is one of the world’s leading on-demand staffing platforms and is at the forefront of the gig economy, growing at exponential rates. To support our growth, we are currently looking for a *Full Stack Developer*.

Coople’s algorithm instantly matches workers looking for shift-based or hourly work with companies that require these workers. Coople provides extensive automation of the value chain, from taking care of planning, recruiting, on-boarding, matching, to workforce management, payroll processing and payments.

As a start-up, we initially worked with a team of developers in Minsk, Belarus to build the initial prototypes of the platform. Our business has now grown and the time is right for us to build a development capability in the UK, where we can be closer to our rapidly growing business teams and react faster to competitive developments. Our existing team spans apps, web and back office, and we operate an effective agile scrum approach with cross functional product teams, and we now need to extend this to a new UK team.

We are seeking a number of roles to help us start and build this UK-based team. We are looking for entrepreneurial, Full Stack Developers, comfortable with both discussing strategic choices within the business and the product, as well as hands on coding.
