We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team. Reporting to our VP - Marketing you will own multiple growth/acquisition channels and provide support where needed across other key channels. This will drive acquisition mainly, for the UK and international markets.

THE ROLE

You will own multiple growth/acquisition channels to include:

Direct Mail
-Write briefs for direct mail creative and data building to then be actioned by the creative and data teams. Provide feedback from our mailhouse and internally to enable revisions and final sign-ofF.
-Work on reporting and data analysis of the results to enable us to refine and improve performance. Analysis will include products to promote, customer type and performance, creative testing and more
-Manage the passing of customer data to and from abacus, as well as the onsite tech planning/optimisation

Mention Me
-Own the refer a friend programme including:
1. Optimisation of the creative design and UX flow
2. Offer testing
3. Analysis of all the steps in the programme, suggest optimisation ideas and implement with the relevant teams
-This will be for the UK, France and Germany

Inserts (partnership swaps)
-Launch our new inhouse low volume partnership swaps programme
-Research new lower volume partners, contact and book insert swaps
-Manage the monthly calendar of swaps, including the booking, printing and delivery of inserts to the relevant locations
-Work with the brand team to design inserts, build a test programme to optimise design formats and offer strategy
-Lead reporting of performance, optimise swaps to sectors that we see perform well
-Focus on high driving high quality customers that repeat-buy, keep one eye on our key performance metrics while also pushing for interesting, on-brand partners that will excite our customers
-UK focus initially, potential to roll out internationally

Inbox inserts (B&W)
-Write the design briefs for inbox inserts (B&W inserts within our own boxes) for the brand team, work with brand team on creative and design planning/testing
-Report and track performance and optimise

Adhoc
-Provide ad hoc support on other channels and tasks when required. This could include (but is not limited to) working on the reporting, analysis, optimisation and execution of facebook, Google PPC, SEO, large scale partnerships, competitions, content writing, affiliates


YOU

-You are naturally analytical and feel comfortable with large datasets and in a heavily data driven environment
-A keen interest in all things marketing/data
-A positive can-do attitude, willing to get stuck into any task
-Cheerful personable manner, you will work with key partners daily and its important to have the ability to handle these relationships well.
-Advanced Excel skills
-You like staying organised and multi-tasking, great attention to detail
-Often take the initiative to improve things
-An interest in on-trend things would be an advantage, cool new brands in food & drink/fashion/lifestyle
-Experience working with analytics platforms an advantage, particularly Google Analytics or similar
