MARKETING MANAGER (FinTech, EdTech, Technology) - £45-50K Max

We are looking for 3 Brand Product Marketing Managers who will be responsible for growing a stable of products within their respective fields. These individuals will need to be passionate, analytical and possess an entrepreneurial mindset and will need to lead the development of a dedicated and adaptable specialist marketing team. The role will have initially a marketing executive reporting directly.

The Product Manager will focus on the delivery of the marketing strategy for each of the products, implementing all marketing activities and actioning plans to acquire and retain customers and vendors/suppliers. The Product Manager will need to maximise every opportunity and build out audiences and communities for each business.


•Deliver each product’s marketing communications strategy; implementing the strategy across all marketing channels;
•Deliver segmentation research along with an analyst to understand and become the voice of the customer or supplier which ever role they play.

•Overall responsibility executing and delivering all earned media campaigns including social, blogging and SEO, in addition to influencer marketing and PR.
•Working with the paid media teams to execute all paid campaigns to drive visits, revenues and social interaction.
•Work with community engagement teams to manage retention and upselling and cross selling services.
•Measure and report on your products performance
•Manage the ongoing development of the digital brand, and associated online marketing including content, focussing on a winning strategy for social media, digital community development and ecommerce opportunities;
•Plan and develop the brand ecommerce strategy and identity, working closely with the creative and marketing teams;
•Plan and execute online marketing campaigns including working with our strategic digital partners in respect of SEO/SEM, EDMs and online advertising campaigns and managing the ecommerce catalogue, including commissioning and validating content.
•Be the in-house ecommerce digital expert for your brands/s, identifying and prioritising opportunities to exploit ecommerce related trends, and methodologies to increase the brands reach and engagement, benchmarking competitors and industry leaders, and ensuring jcbully is an ecommerce innovator;
•measure, analyse and report on the effectiveness of ecommerce campaigns, create monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analyse for your brand.

•General management of the marketing executive and SEO agency for your products ensuring deadlines are met and opportunities are maximised.


•Experience in a marketing role ideally within a start-up or ecommerce environment;
•Proven success in delivering marketing communications strategies in either Fintech, EdTech or SAAS, from the ground up;
•Deep understanding of all marketing channels, offline and online as well as paid and nonpaid;
•Knowledge of mobile applications and usage is desired;
•Excellent proficiency in managing multiple and unique projects, products or brands at one time;
•Analytical mindset and an understanding of reporting across multiple platforms;

•Experience within both acquisition and retention, also community building would be advantageous;

•Team building and some leadership skills are desired
