We are a new media startup aiming to disrupt the film distribution and production industries. We work with storied clients and emerging technologies & agencies.

Understand CPA & LTV, work to reduce costs associated with customer acquisition
Lead SEM campaigns
Identify & develop partnerships and new channels for growth
Identify market segments, look at how best to target, convert and retain them
Set a longterm roadmap delivering against the KPIs you set yourself
Measure response rates and deliver recommendations for future strategy
Test & optimize your campaigns
Use data as the basis for all your work
Drive signups to our newsletter
Identify & target virtual communities
Be a champion of Film Daily and our community
Help identify potential partners and facilitate these relationships
Invent, design, test, and launch PPC, AdWords, Google Analytics, SEO, social advertising campaigns
Analyze performance of campaigns
Analyze all available data
Maximize CTR & ROI
Create acquisition & retention strategies
Convert customers into brand ambassadors
Convert eyeballs for $$$
Optimize marketing
Essentials you must possess
At least 2 years’ experience in a growth hacking/marketing position
Google Adwords 2+ years
Facebook advertising 2+ years
Twitter advertising 2+ years
Advertising arbitrage 2+ years
Previous experience working at a startup
Startup mentality
Proven track record of growing revenue & brand building
Strong working knowledge of PPC, AdWords, Google Analytics, SEO, Social advertising campaigns
Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, communities, Google Docs, Trello, and Slack
Badass portfolio with key metrics relating to past roles
Great love of math, metrics, data, and tech
Curious mind looking for patterns and trends to create rules from the data you plough
Love of cinema, TV, media
High standards and near-obsessive attention to detail
SQL skills, the ability to edit and adjust javascript, HTML and CSS
Data scraping skills (or know how to find someone with them)
