As the Marketing Manager you will set the vision for and collaboratively build Homewing’s customer experience and growth strategy while providing leadership to very smart and capable team members. You possess a strong understanding of consumer mindset, are dedicated to building great consumer experiences and have experience building a brand and scaling a business. You are analytically oriented but also an out of the box thinker with a strong creative mind to develop new features and business extensions. You consistently maintain a focus on ensuring strong ROI and build testing plans to prove your ideas. You think quickly, love working on complex business problems and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Your keen ability to think big picture while being able to roll your sleeves up and get things done is your strong suit.


Establish, refine and bring to life a vision for driving new customer growth and experience
Refine existing acquisition channels across b2c/b2b
Develop the growth plan for Homewings identifying and prioritising initiatives to drive the greatest impact to new customer growth and experience
Own the identification of highest impact brand building opportunities to bring to life online and offline channels
Drive marketing planning for campaigns and new business launches
Understand the client experience and journey at the ground level and be able to translate client needs to tangible business opportunities
Oversee advertising and customer acquisition in all paid digital, social, and traditional offline marketing channels
Inspire, motivate and activate team members and cross functional teams to rapidly test and innovate the customer experience
Excel at hiring, leading, and empowering the development of your teams


Bachelor's degree required
Data-driven + analytical mindset
Experience operating as a marketing leader for a growing organisation
Expertise in the following areas: performance marketing, brand marketing in a digital environment
Experience in e-commerce or digital consumer services
Hands on experience managing a budget
Must be a leader with experience growing and managing a team
Must be able to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced and feedback driven environment
Cross-functional communication comes naturally to you in solving problems and addressing roadblocks
