Moogsoft is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our EMEA marketing team.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses an in-depth understanding of digital business-to-business marketing in the EMEA region, and has a proven track record of driving business leads and brand awareness via digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, and paid social, as well as general web site management and optimization.

This position will contribute to strategic planning, and operate tactically to execute and align overall company marketing goals with digital marketing campaigns, driving results in traffic growth, increased lead-generation, and increased brand visibility throughout EMEA.

Manage, maintain and grow Moogsoft international web sites.
Manage and execute digital marketing campaign localization projects across the full stack of channels — including web, email, advertising, social.
Manage web site SEO tasks, and provide insight to the marketing team about opportunities for improvement, growth, and business competition in the region.
Contribute actionable insights and marketing data to planning, and deliver on digital strategies in order to increase performance, demonstrate ROI and deliver business results around the EMEA region.
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid media (including PPC campaigns).
Provide ongoing competitive analysis using tools such as SEMrush to understand activities across the EMEA region.
Implement new and innovative digital marketing strategies while measuring and communicating the business impact of the results.
Manage and maintain Moogsoft presence on EMEA-specific social media outlets.
Analyze campaign and channel performance and provide strategic insights to guide optimization of digital marketing initiatives and increase ROI and ROAS.
Set-up and maintain campaign tracking to consistently measure impact of digital marketing efforts, execute A/B and multivariate testing to drive incremental improvement of campaigns and channels over time.

2-3 years minimum in a hands-on role managing digital marketing campaigns for a B2B technology company.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Proven success in utilizing analytics — gathering, analyzing, summarizing and presenting data — to provide strategic recommendations and drive action.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing and evolving, highly dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently as well as work in a collaborative team setting.
Multilingual (English + German and/or French) a plus
Salesforce and Pardot experience a plus.
Google Analytics Qualification a plus.
Intermediate-to-advanced skills with Excel.
Experience with Moz Pro a plus.
Experience with marketing analytics tools.
Experience & knowledge of other media formats and within the digital landscape a plus.
