Moogsoft is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for demand generation and pipeline acceleration for the EMEA region with a focus on German (DACH) and French markets. This position is full-time and on-site in our London office (Kingston Upon Thames), working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager in London, and reporting to the Director of Marketing Programs (located in San Francisco, CA).

Candidates should have experience managing various marketing programs including trade shows, user groups and networking events while demonstrating the ability to effectively plan around the needs of the field with respect to demand generation. The ability to cultivate a healthy relationship between sales and marketing is crucial as is comfort with (and experience in) a modern, highly data-driven marketing organization.

Who We Are Looking For:
Promote events and programs and work with other members of the marketing team to drive engagement utilizing channels including (but not limited to) web, search, PR, email, advertising, and social media.
Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, and other revenue stakeholders to execute GTM activities.
Identify, develop, manage, and support regional initiatives including events, campaigns, and partnerships to help bring brand awareness and drive regional quota objectives.
Manage localization of marketing collateral to ensure audience relevance in supported territories.
Drive active awareness of the Moogsoft brand and effectively translate global messaging, positioning, and marketing programs across regions.
Work cross-functionally to oversee the timely execution of the field marketing plan.
Work closely with the marketing team to forecast, evaluate, measure, and report on field marketing campaign effectiveness. Track opportunities and pipeline driven from field marketing programs.
Support EMEA trade shows, conferences, 1:1 meeting events and related industry & technology events, including space reservations, attendee badges, furnishing/equipment rentals/services, staff scheduling and resource allocation and provide post show/event ROI analysis.
Partner with the Director of Marketing Programs to evaluate industry events and programs for their ability to generate sales interest and pipeline. Use these events to build the brand, develop sales pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships
Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager in EMEA to execute on demand generation programs in EMEA
Contribute with other marketing-related tasks as they arise – this is a start-up and we hire omnivores exclusively.

2- 3 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, ideally for a SaaS companyNative or bilingual proficiency in German and French.
Project Management of localisation initiatives, working directly with digital marketing team to execute campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
Experience in planning and executing field marketing strategies and events is essential
Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time in EMEA; some additional global travel may be required.
Strong attention to detail and quality and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup environment with aggressive deadlines and a high level of ambiguity.
Proactive and creative problem-solver with exceptional EQ, communication skills, and ability to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships up, down, and across the organization.
Must like to work in a tight-knit, highly- collaborative environment and support both individual and team objectives.
Must enjoy and embracing being “scrappy” and willing to be hands on - from managing programs budgets and developing strategy to on-site project management for marketing events.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce required; bonus points for experience with Pardot (marketing automation) and Google Analytics platforms.
Proven track record of supporting successful programs with knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting, campaign execution, lead to cash processes, reporting and analytics
