*What is Zephyr?*

Zephyr specialises in helping businesses grow digitally by helping them to create and execute digital strategies. We use a process that we feel is fundamentally different to any other agency or consultancy out there. We carry out design and strategy work from our London offices but using a team of remote specialists to help execute and iterate upon this work on an ongoing basis using a system that we call the Zephyr Node.

We work with exciting startups to:

Define their brand
Design and develop their digital presence
Create their digital strategy
Manage the execution of this strategy using the Zephyr Node.

We work with cutting edge companies such as London’s leading e-bike retailer, one of the first Graphene product companies, a unique, new concept in men’s tailoring, one of the most disruptive social media platforms of recent years as well as many others.

*The Role*
We are looking for someone to help in an account management role managing our retained clients and who is also keen to learn about the project management of branding and web design projects. Core responsibilities will include:

1. Checking how client PPC, SEO, social, growth hacks and other activity is performing against expectations using tools such as ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Webmaster and Adwords.
2. Liaising with clients to scope and manage the execution of changes to their websites.
3. Liaising with our team of specialists to carry out client requests and improve the performance of activity.
4. Provide monthly reports to clients on digital activity, evaluating the work of specialists working on the account and suggesting changes.
5. Working with the strategy team to suggest ways of improving campaign performance and build out new opportunities for our clients.
6. An interest in learning more about web design and development.

*Essential Skills*
Excellent reading, writing and analytical skills.
Highly self motivated and a quick learner
An interest in the digital landscape
Comfortable using Google Adwords, Google Webmaster, Google Analytics & Facebook Adsmanager.
The ability to analyse data generated by these platforms, articulate the results in written reports and come up with actions based on findings.
Comfortable interacting with clients over Slack, Email, Phone and face-to-face.

*Non-essential skills but highly desirable*
Knowledge of Wordpress and CMS platforms
Experience using SEM Rush, Ahrefs or similar SEO tools.
Understanding of Photoshop and other Adobe Suite products such as Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of html,css, js, or PHP.
Experience working with Trello
Experience in Growth Hacking
Knowledge of Social Listening tools such as Iconoclast and audiense
Extensive knowledge of late 60’s Funk and Soul.
Knowledge of Halt and Catch Fire.


3 month probationary contract with a view to the position maturing into a full-time salary position. 18k-25k dependent on experience.
