*The Role*

We’re recruiting for a Paid Search Executive in our marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a critical part of our business and to take real responsibility in scaling the function over time.

You will:
• Own our PPC acquisition channel for customers and cleaners
• Own other digital acquisition channels for customers and cleaners
• Perform A/B test to drive improvements in CPA and conversions
• Lead analytics and reporting on performance
• Collaborate with product, design and tech to provide user feedback and improve conversion funnels
• Be on top of latest paid search trends and tools
• Manage a five-figure monthly budget

You’ll be working closely with our Head of Marketing and CEO. If you love getting deep in to data, running tests and showing rapid improvement, this is the role for you.

The role will be paid at a competitive salary. You’ll be based at our office in the heart of London, in Clerkenwell EC1. We’re a fun and social team, so expect lots of office cake, team drinks and celebrations of our achievements along the way.

*About You*

Do you have:
• 2+ years’ professional working experience either agency or client side?
• Best in class understanding of Adwords, Bing and Analytics?
• Demonstrable knowledge of A/B testing, bid optimisation, ad formats etc?
• Strong understanding of CPA, CLTV and ROI?
• Exceptional analytical, data and excel skills?
• Desire to work hard, independently and take real responsibility?
• A strong academic record, including degree from a leading university?
• A good eye for UX and design?

It is a bonus if you have experience in:
• Experience in Facebook and other digital acquisition channels
• Experience in blending PPC and SEO performance
