DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (competitive salary + generous equity)

Doc Cotton is a platform for bespoke fashion. Our technology and marketplace connects talented designers with customers who get personalised clothing, uniquely designed and made ethically.

We are looking for an exceptionally talented, cross-functional marketing lead to develop the Doc Cotton brand, tell our story and grow the business. We’re a small team, and as our first marketing hire this role comes with large responsibility, autonomy and ownership (reflected in generous equity). Working right next to the founders, you’ll have the freedom to help us shape the future of the business and the fashion industry.

Things you’ll be responsible for:

* Planning and leading the firms overall marketing strategy, which is largely inbound focused

* Building awareness and growing our audience through social media, content marketing and influencer engagement

* Leading growth experiments on our website, testing new channels and tactics to improve conversion rate and customer acquisition

* Producing and managing an inbound content marketing strategy, running experiments to increase traffic and build our audience

* Experimenting with and leveraging inorganic acquisition channels, such as SEM and social media advertising

* Overseeing community management, engage with our designer community and help to tell their stories

* Analysing and presenting marketing data to the board

* Implementing CRM initiatives and managing the customer funnel

What we’re looking for:

* A creative and analytically-minded self-starter

* 2+ years in a B2C digital marketing role

* Experience with typical marketing software, such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hubspot

* Demonstrable experience running and analysing growth experiments

* Proven SEO experience

* Experience with paid acquisition (e.g. PPC, SEM, Google Ads, retargeting, social)

* Demonstrable ability to learn and skill yourself up in new disciplines and tactics

* Basic HTML, CSS and JS knowledge a plus

* Passionate about fashion tech
