Working cross functionally with other departments you will manage partnerships with industry experts to create, tailor and launch new curriculums for our global Software Engineering community. You will be responsible for analysing the results and feedback of each event, iterate on the experience and processes to continually improve and develop our exceptional training offerings on a global level.


• Researching various technologies and their industry experts to understand their expertise and discover potential partners & trainers. This will include building relationships with new experts and identifying potential partnerships with leading tech organisations.
• Working with our clients, community and the partner to create a curriculum with defined modules and learning objectives.
• Conducting client experience feedback, follow-up customer calls, partner reviews etc. to gather qualitative stakeholder feedback which will be used to guide strategy.
• Analysing data to gather quantitative feedback to assist with strategy.
• Coordinating cross-functionally internal stakeholders (e.g. conferences, community, sales, marketing, legal / finance and venue hire) to ensure they are kept informed and their input is solicited when relevant.
• Building, developing and maintaining the global training schedule (public and private), managing both on and offsite training course logistics, domestic and globally.
• Updating and maintaining partnerships and legal requirements for licensing, branding etc.
• Managing trainer commercial revenue reporting, product price and margin reports.
• Inventory management and day to day operations, supplier management and negotiation.
• Research product life cycle and adoption rates to qualify expansion or reduction strategy of a specific technology.

About you


• Commercially minded and product orientated.
• Excellent Communication skills with an ability to build and foster relationships.
• Experience in a Customer service focused environment with confidence to deal with a variety of situations – the good, the bad, the ugly and everything in between!
• Confidence to deal with people at all levels, for us this is industry rockstars and VIPs
• Strong analytical skills, you delight in making great new learning experiences and constantly improving processes
• You are highly organised and can manage your time and priorities well
• Ability to research using a variety of techniques


• Ideally you will have an interest or background in tech
• Previous experience in building a course curriculum/training
