The varied experience on offer, working across multiple teams, makes this an ideal role for an ambitious future Head of Marketing.

*Job Description*
Under the direction of the CRM Manager, the CRM Casino Executive will take an active role in the CRM strategy by contributing their own ideas and projects. From this strategy, they will also be expected to take the lead on some projects to ensure that delivery is on-time and all criteria are met.
They will also be responsible for delivering a best-in-class Casino CRM plan across the customer journey using the range of customer touch points available to them.

*Primary Responsibilities*
* Planning a long-term successful marketing strategy, while delivering a best-in-class Casino CRM plan
* Manage projects to completion ensuring that all preset criteria have been met
* Work with the design team to create content and write copy for these campaigns
* Analyse all results against the targets to deliver clear and concise reporting
* Excel in a self-managed, team environment, working pragmatically across geographies and with teams of different disciplines

*Success Criteria*
* Increasing the retention rates and average turnover per user for Casino customers
* Improving the open and engagement rates of all customer communications

*The ideal candidate will have...*
* Strong academic record to degree level
* Ambition, with a desire to lead their industry in what they do
* An understanding of online Casino is a must
* Must have the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, both verbally and written, in English.
* Experience working in the Casino industry is considered valuable
