We are looking for a digital marketing manager to take the reins of all things digital marketing and brand at our company Supreme Creations and label Bags of EthicsTM. This could not be a more exciting time to join, and help drive growth for us, given the topical issues of sustainability, single-use plastic, and ethical manufacture.
This incredible opportunity is designed for someone who has at least 4+ years of core marketing experience in digital, is highly analytical, has a creative eye, brand management experience, strong skills in project management, and a global outlook. Who we are
We are the world’s largest ethical manufacturer of reusable bags, and sustainable promotional textiles – everything from branded tote bags, to eco-packaging for luxury goods, to printed home textiles. For over 20 years Supreme Creations has been supplying some of the world’s best brands including Nike, Topshop, London Fashion Week and Tesco. Our headquarters are in London, and manufacturing base in South India – we own the entire supply chain. Our Bags of Ethics label represents our ethical and environmental efforts – 9 out of 10 of our workforce in India are women, many of whom are the main breadwinners in their families. Your responsibilities
• Help create and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy while identifying marginal gains and growth hacking opportunities in all our markets
• Produce high quality content for our websites, database, and social media platforms including blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, videos, images
• Project manage and coordinate between a remote team of 2- 4 marketing assistants, as well as freelancers (photographers, videographers, graphic designers) for daily, weekly, monthly campaigns
• Create and execute email marketing strategies for all our markets (UK + international) that drives conversion, customer retention, and loyalty to grow the business
• Manage, analyse and track our efforts on our websites (Google Analytics + other reporting tools) whilst working with our development team to improve user conversions
• Assist in delivering budget optimisations for our paid advertising (PPC on Google and social channels)
• Have a strong understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) via best practices across all web assets, and execute ways to improve organic ranking
• Planning, originating, co-ordinating, and optimising our B2B marketing activity across social media, and other channels – in particular Instagram, LinkedIN, Facebook, Pinterest, and Youtube with the aim of generating high quality leads for the sales team
• Coordinate creative campaigns (in-house) or on shoots (outside) –working with models, products, and brand ambassadors
• Create low cost brand partnerships with clients and influencers
• Produce high quality reports which are backed by both qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Work with focus groups/ customers/ sales team to improve our communication strategies, product or service
• Understand and keep a track of the latest trends
o Digital trends – latest tools for optimising campaigns, social media listening tools, website optimisation tools
o Design/ fashion/ product trends relevant for the fashion/ print/ packaging/ sustainability industry
o Market and macro trends competitor intelligence, customer trends, and market opportunities

About you

• Ability to project manage multiple projects, with different people (including freelance/ remote)
• Proven track record in increasing engagement and leads which will generate improved sales
• Proven track record in optimising budgets (digital marketing spends in particular)
• Excellent communication skills, including strong copywriting, editing, and visual skills
• Experience demonstrated with SEO, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising
• Design driven – you love images, creative, and video campaigns (previous experience within a design focussed industry is helpful)
• Back the mission to produce products which are good for the planet, highly reusable, and are beautifully designed
• Have a background in B2B marketing (or understand the marketing distinction between B2B and B2C)
• Commercially astute
