This is a brand-new role in our business, taking full ownership of CRM from lifecycle comms, through to re-engagement and growth. We’ve got the foundations in place but there’s an almost blank canvas in building out a network of multi-channel comms to help us acquire new customers and drive engagement and retention of our existing 250,000 registered users.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver data driven campaigns using analytics, insights and segmentation
• Full campaign management planning, execution to reporting and implementing recommendations and new ideas
• Creative copywriting skills to deliver engaging and effective content
• Work closely with product team to plan communications that achieve business aims through relevant content and targeting
• Managing post campaign analytics and reporting back to key business stakeholders and leading the ongoing campaign optimisation
• Develop a test & learn plan for optimising targeting, creative and CRM messages. Understand how to validate the results and how to act upon findings
• Understand our users. Analyse localised behavioural patterns and use this to guide strategy.

This role is for you if you:

• Has worked within a CRM focused role – ideally covering email, app notifications and in-app messages
• Have experience running complex multi-product CRM campaigns through an online tool, like intercom
• You’re strategic – will need to design campaigns based on complex segmentation of users
• You’re analytical and like getting hands on with digital analytics – you’ll need to assess impact of campaigns. Needs to understand how customer comms tie in with customer analytics too e.g. mixpanel and firebase
• Have experience developing customer-focussed copy – needs to write in a simple, friendly and engaging way. Flexing tone of voice appropriately to different scenarios. Ideally they’ve got a creative flair, to bring a little edge and humour to comms where relevant.
• Have basic SQL experience – not must-have but would be awesome
• B2C experience with an understanding of delivering tailored, segmented content
• You’ve got a hunger and willingness to learn more about the technical tools and data infrastructure needed to support campaigns. The intercom tool is not complete. Will need to work with data services to build out events and tracking
• Are a self-starter. Proactive and responsive. You take huge responsibility for your work as you’ll be working autonomously lots of the time
• An ability to interpret data in such a way that you can deliver targeted content
