This is an exciting time to join the Tandem Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will be an integral part of helping to grow Tandem. This role is about executing on a wide range of performance marketing approaches and helping us learn from our results so we can be as effective and efficient as possible. As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and liaise with internal/external stakeholders. You’ll drive the company’s growth through expanding existing marketing activities and experimenting with new channels. For this role, we are looking for a person who is highly analytical and comfortable with forming data-driven arguments.

Responsibilities:

• You will play a key role owning and driving our marketing analytics agenda to ensure we are maximising the potential of our marketing channels
• Work closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics and Product, to ensure we are maximising ROI across our marketing channels
• Implement and optimise campaigns to acquire customers across digital / performance marketing channels, including social media, affiliate marketing, PPC, search, display.
• Own the end to end co-ordination of our marketing data flow. Implementing all necessary tagging across all channels, allowing us to track campaign performance and results.
• Analyse campaign performance, understand drivers of ROI, identify learnings and opportunities to improve.
• Optimise campaigns to improve conversion rate through messaging and targeting and streamlining processes, as well as optimising based on user behaviour across different platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile and mobile apps).
• Ensure the analytics data warehouse is the golden source for all marketing reporting and analytics.
• Report on key performance marketing metrics against target on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

Essential:

• Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and experience optimising campaigns by relevant KPIs
• Degree qualified in a relevant quantitative subject
• Highly analytical, comfortable with forming data-driven arguments.
• Experience working with data in digital marketing.
• Business acumen with a focus on providing data and insights to meeting Marketing Team requirements.
• Passionate about data and understands the importance of data in end to end digital marketing.
• Ability to work in a high performing team with huge drive and ambition.
• Hungry to accelerate growth – ambitious, driven, hardworking and uncompromising.
• Knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook ads, PPC Ads, Social Media, SEO
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate within and across teams.
• Strong influencing skills to explain complex information at all levels.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Excited about undertaking a mission to “improve the lives of customers by improving their relationship with money”

Desirable:
• Experience of Financial Services industry
• Knowledge of Fintech space
