Flyt is the universal API platform for the hospitality industry. Our platform connects restaurants to delivery partners, ordering platforms, point-of-sale systems and beyond. We do this for well-known brands like Nando’s, Mitchells and Butlers (Harvester, All-Bar-One, O'Neills), Pizza Express, Just Eat, UberEats to name a few.

*About the Role*

We are scaling fast, and we aim to deliver our technology to restaurant venues across the UK in days, not weeks. You will be rolling out our technology across 1000s of locations for leading brands in the hospitality industry such as Pizza Express, Wahaca, KFC, Nando's and more.

*Role Responsibilities*

* As part of the Commercial team, your main focus will be to run smooth and rapid rollouts of the Flyt technology to our customers, they range in size from one-site restaurants to major hospitality brands like KFC, Pizza Express and Nando's.
* Managing multiple, concurrent API integration projects from pre-rollout, to rollout and transition to business-as-usual.
* After on-boarding new customers, you will keep a close eye on any issues and errors that come up via the API, you'll troubleshoot, reproduce the problem, find the root cause and either solve yourself, refer to our product team or escalate to the customer.
* You will anticipate the needs of future projects and feed them into product/engineering teams as early as possible.
* You'll communicate project progress and blockers to internal and external stakeholders.
* Tracking the rollouts and their progress (we use Asana), highlighting milestones and reporting this to stakeholders internally is also an important part of this role.

* Experience in a technically-focused Customer Success team, rolling out a SaaS product would be ideal experience
* If you have run concurrent software deployments and/or managed API integrations that's a great match
* The ability to read and understand technical API documentation is essential
* Being able to write some code and know the tools and technologies we use (YAML, Postman, Visual Studio Code, * Kibana and Asana) is helpful but they are easily learnt if not already known.
* You are a definitely a customer service-minded, natural problem solver who enjoys talking to customers.
* You may have started your career as a Developer or in Pre-Sales, either could work well.
* Some start up or growth business experience would set you up well. As things happen at speed and learn as we go here.
* Computer Science, Engineering or Development degree or training is also a big tick.
