Flavourly is one of the UK’s fastest growing online drinks retailers. Utilising innovation and technology, we feature more than a thousand drinks from every product category at the most competitive prices – all available with 48-hour delivery right to your doorstep. We also operate two membership clubs that help consumers discover the best craft beer and gin every single month.

Flavourly is entering an exciting new phase of scale-up growth in 2018 where we are rapidly accelerating our online customer recruitment. We are looking for a Customer Experience Champion to help us on our mission in making the name Flavourly synonymous with first-class service.


Our customers mean the world to us and we place them at the heart of everything we do here at Flavourly. They tell us they want to be able to chat with members of our team during evenings and weekends – so how can we resist!

Our customer experience agenda will grow with the business, but the initial hours are likely to be between 7-20 hours per week – paid at an hourly rate. The work will be remote, but some initial in-house training time will be required, and there will be the opportunity to provide holiday cover for other team members.

This dynamic and multi-faceted position has four core elements:

* Supporting and delighting new and existing customers through email, livechat, and social media.

* Contributing your ideas and energy to our customer experience strategy.

* Providing customer insights to the team and supporting the ongoing development of our Customer Experience Bible.

* Assisting with various administrative tasks in our growing business.

* Will love interacting with our customers – talking about craft alcoholic drinks, handling enquiries, solving problems – and doing whatever it takes to deliver an exceptional all-around customer experience.

* Is tech-savvy and social media active, will embrace a great learning opportunity to gain experience in customer relationship management (CRM), and have real impact in a fun and fast-growing start-up.

* Is proactive, hands-on, and takes the initiative – and is always willing to go the extra mile to wow our customers and support the Flavourly team.
