To date, our monetisation platform has helped manage and distribute videos and other digital assets of some of the world’s leading media companies. We’ve seen to ticket sales of everything from live broadcast Backstreet Boys concerts to the world cup in Rugby League.

We pride ourselves on pushing the barriers in paywall technology and have high growth ambitions, which leads us to search for talented people who can meet and exceed the challenges we face. With offices in London, Stockholm, Skopje and Scottsdale, Arizona we are now looking to expand our team with a product marketing specialist that will strengthen our brand and boost sales.

We are looking for:

A creative writer who can manage, produce and publish inspiring instructions on how to use our product, articulating all of the outbound tasks necessary to clearly explain the benefits of those features and translate them into customer-facing messaging. You would own the defining of the product for market understanding. We need to build up a full library of resources to both successfully onboard our clients, and to inspire potential users to sign up. Writing texts that motivate our users to try new things is essential in making them invested in our products. Our marketing team is driven by analytics so you can safely bet that you soon will know if what you write actually works. All you have to do then is improve.

In more details, you will be:

The ‘voice of the customer’ within our company, carefully researching clients needs and experiences
Translating technical details into benefits for the user
Developing product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, new features launching)
Giving product demonstrations at trade shows and webinars, delivering presentations to customers and prospects, as well as creating marketing collateral
Developing product messaging that differentiates new products/features from others in the market
Communicating the value of products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
Creating product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts
Crafting compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
Speaking and presenting about products to both external and internal audiences
Briefing the press about our products and take part in presentations
Researching competitor offerings and react when appropriate
Understanding our clients through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data, gain deep insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas

Impress us with:

Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role
Background in design and copywriting is a plus
Experience in market analysis
Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc)
Excellent communication skills - Both speaking and writing abilities have to be tapped in this role. You will frequently have to present about new features and write engaging copy, telling the ‘story’ of products, for various marketing channels
Keen eye for detail
Analytical mind and strong quantitative and research skills - Analysis of data, surveys and customer interviews will be part of this mix and you need to be well acquainted with these techniques
High collaborative skills - you will have to work with different teams. This will often include the sales and marketing teams, the engineering team, product manager, press and PR and senior executives. New features launches are inherently ‘cross functional’ and entail coordinating the work of many different people
BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
