Who we are:

Brighter Spaces is an exciting, young and fresh start-up. We provide design-led, comfortable, and inviting workspaces for health professionals to rent on demand. We currently operate 3 sites but have ambitions to create a national network of sites.

Job description:

You’ll play a key role in creating, running and monitoring all of our marketing activity. We are looking for an experienced marketeer with a desire to have a lasting impact on a start-up business with very high ambitions. This is an extremely important role in order to help the business grow our customer base and develop awareness of our brand.

What will you do?

Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand the companies profile to include (but not limited to)

- Production of marketing material for promotional campaigns and specific events both locally and nationally – for all sales channels both online and offline
- You will work with management day to day out of our Islington site with direct access to therapists working from our site(s)
- Unless suitably qualified, you will work with our digital marketing consultants to analyse and prepare digital/online/social marketing campaigns
- Please note that this is a new role and therefore flexibility in the role is required but autonomy is also provided

Technical requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in a marketing or public relations role
• PR agency experience is preferred
• Bachelor Degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, public relations or a similar field
• Experience using word press websites an asset
• Extensive knowledge of SEO, web management, building backlinks and Google AdWords/analytics all a bonus
• Experience working in or within the health and wellbeing industry is a strong asset
• A strong desire to manage and lead a key department in the business
• The ability to work autonomously
• Keen to work in a start-up environment and develop key organisation structures

The salary is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependant on experience.
