We are providing the whole service from software technology to marketing and operations support. We own the vertical integration from the catalogue management to the customer support on our platform.


You will be a member of the growing customer service and operations team and will get involved with all of our processes.


____The Role____

- Customer excellence via emails, phone calls, ticketing platform & more
– After sales support to end customers (Trade accounts and B2C)
– Logistics – co-ordinating end to end delivery from manufacturer to customer
– Purchase order, delivery note generation and other operations tasks
– Dealing with new and unexpected scenarios, doing whatever’s needed to get the job done


____Requirements____

- You have been in a role where you’re the customer’s key point of contact
– You deeply care about making a customer happy
– Experience working in design, luxury or construction industry
– Dealing with large trade accounts and multiple suppliers
– Experience working at a startup
– Love for design and luxury items
– Software – ZenDesk, cloud telephony platforms, Google Drive ++
