The Role

Flash Pack are looking for a Marketing Executive with the drive and passion to make a real impact on our business. To be successful in this role, you’ll love to learn, be keen to hone your existing skills whilst learning new ones, and will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in at a moments notice.

You’ll work closely with Flash Pack Co-Founder Lee Thompson and our Head of Marketing. In this role you will learn how Facebook Marketing works, how to improve SEO rankings and how to produce award-winning social media content.

Main Responsibilities:

Launching new adventure trips by producing a weekly newsletter

Working with the PR team to help with outreach to journalists

Helping to schedule, create, and report on social media content

Sourcing images & videos for new trips

Adding new trips to our CMS with Wordpress

Working for the content team to make sure they meet deadlines

Create and update adverts on paid advertising campaigns with Facebook & Google

Analysis and reporting with Google Analytics

Help launch a new Flash Pack website

Help produce weekly videos with the Social Media Manager

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

An active interest in the digital industry and online marketing

Data driven with a working knowledge of Excel

Attentiveness to detail and the ability to learn and master new skills

Technically inclined, able to pick up new things quickly: we use a lot of web-based services (including, but not limited to: Google Docs, Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack)

Proactive and can-do attitude

Minimum of 1-2 years industry experience
