We are looking for a driven, hungry and hardworking individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. The B2B Marketing Graduate reports to the Homewings Marketing Manager, and will work closely with our experienced Developer-facing sales team to ideate and implement our B2B Marketing Strategy.

Role Description:

* As a self-starter with excellent relationship building skills, you will be the bridge between Marketing and the Developer-facing Sales team.
* You will be an integral part of a growing Marketing department.
* You will nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with high-end property developers, and their Marketing department counterparts.
* You will work hand-in-hand with the Homewings Marketing Manager to ideate, implement and roll out innovative Marketing initiatives (including show-homes and industry events) as well as business-facing campaigns.
* You will work closely with the Developer-facing Sales team to develop creative briefs for show-stopping Marketing collateral, targeted to the high-end developer segment.

* A recent MA graduate with a top-tier academic record
* A resourceful and organised self-starter that is never satisfied with 'good enough', and loves a steep learning curve.
* A people-person who excels when working within a team.
* Strong analytical and project management skills.
* Passionate about all facets of the Marketing mix.
* A keen interest and understanding in the real estate and development industry.
* Fluent/Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
