Who is The Honestly Good Smoothie Co.
A recently launched start-up, we’re passionate about transparency, honesty and integrity in the food industry. We deliver hand chopped, honestly prepared blend-it-yourself smoothie kits to homes across the UK, with exciting plans in the pipeline for product development to disrupt the box scheme model. We’re currently in the process of a website, recipe and packaging redesign, so it’s an exciting time to join a growing team!

Who are we looking for?
We’re on the look out for someone who can help develop and implement our acquisition and retention strategy, with a focus on conversion optimisation and generating a sustainable CPA for our all-organic smoothie subscription service (www.honestly-good.co). Any experience with the subscription model (Saas or e-commerce) would be hugely beneficial. If you look at everything in life as an (Honestly Good!) conversion rate funnel, this is one for you!


What’s it all about?
A brief outline of what you may like to get involved with is outlined below, though all is flexible, negotiable and it’s most important we find someone who enjoys working with an early stage, pre-seed start-up, to grow our business together:

A/B Testing (pricing, packages, marketing channels, promoted posts and more)
Email list segmenting and strategy
SEO
Link building
Exploration and testing of distribution channels
Focus on generating stable CPA
Exploration of a freemium tier for select platforms
Affiliate strategy
Customer profiling
Developing a feedback loop
Data capture
Technical SEO
Any technical / development skills would be helpful, though not essential

We’re a flexible bunch, and this opportunity would fit perfectly around other work commitments you may have. Working predominantly remotely, with the ability to travel into London once in a while would be ideal.
