Job Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-today operation of the marketing initiatives from the company including social media.

Responsibilities and Duties
· Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
· Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
· Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
· Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
· Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
· Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
· Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
· Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
· Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
· Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
· Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
· Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
· Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
· Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
· Overseeing the social media strategy for the company ensuring it aligns with the company’s brand.
· Engaging with customers through the use of social media.
· Keeping up to date with advances in social media technology and the latest social media platforms.
· Maximising followers social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google plus and Pinterest.
· Ensuring that approaches to social media are relevant and appropriate for each medium.
· Monitoring social media for customer comments both positive and negative.
· Building reporting frameworks to evaluate return on investment on the various platforms.
· Engaging with customers to resolve customer service issues and or create positive PR opportunities.
· Strong understanding of content management systems.
· Travelling to trade shows, conferences and sales meetings.

Qualifications/Experience
· Bachelor degree in Marketing.
· 4 ​ years of software product marketing experience
· Partnering experience with SaaS vendors, consultancies and systems integrators
· International and start-up experience preferred
· Qualified chartered marketer.
· Strong analytical and project management skills.
· Confident and dynamic personality.
· Strong creative outlook.
· Extensive knowledge of software-as-a-service(SaaS) applications and services
· Extensive experience bringing new SaaS applications and services to market
· Experience in mid-market (SMB) business applications: CRM, ERP/Finance, Marketing and/or HR
· Experience working with customers in a sales, consulting, or support capacity a plus
· Excellent analytical, planning and process development skills
· Proven ability to work cross-functionally
· High level of initiative and strong business judgement.
