Thanks to the acquisition of major clients and global campaigns, the company is seeking an experienced, creative and highly intelligent Paid Media Manager who is ready to hit the ground running. The Opportunity

You will be working with a small, friendly and dedicated team in a collaborative environment where your voice will always be heard, and your ideas welcomed.

Working with a diverse range of clients, you will build and consistently optimise impactful Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across local and global industries including e-commerce, property and finance.

In order to create the most effective tailored campaigns, the Paid Social Media Specialist will be required to fulfill day-to-day responsibilities to get to know every client and their brand goals. As such, you will attend client meetings, take briefs and create bespoke strategies to fit with their ambitions and budget using your experience, industry knowledge and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Heading up the design and implementation of paid search and social media strategies in line with business goals
* Creating strategies to fulfill key objectives for every client
* Working across a range of industries and channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
* Building conversion-led campaigns that will increase brand awareness, generate leads and drive engagement across all major social channels
* Creating and nurturing influencer relationships
* Monitoring, analysing and managing paid social activity (including A/B testing of ad audiences)
* Generating ROI reports for continuous optimisation and ongoing success

Essential experience

* Expert in Paid Social Advertising including development and delivery
* Minimum of 2 years’ agency experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Solid knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics
