This role is fully-integrated within the performance planning team at PHD, a global media and communications agency. You will form part of a core 4 strong digital team together with the wider team to fully understand the performance of your core channels within the mix of the broader digital channels and ATL channels.

The role will involve planning, account managing and executing across a growing number of performance-based digital accounts as well as delivering against our client’s key objectives (generally hard KPIs) across all channels within your responsibility.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to step up into a managerial role as well as diversify their knowledge of digital marketing channels beyond Paid Search.

Please note: while PHD is not a start-up, this digital team will be working extensively with SMEs and larger clients alike and adopt a fast-moving approach to digital marketing within an established agency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage flow of communications to and from clients, including meetings, presentations and reports
• Manage flow of communications to and from account teams
• Grow digital investment and driving efficiencies against your core clients will be a core role together with being activity involved in deliver our new business drive and partaking in all our relevant pitches
• Ensure best practice across the area of performance digital as well as continually innovating and finding new opportunities and optimisations for the agency and your clients

Likely Candidate:
• Proven search marketing experience in a performance-based agency or high-growth startup is essential
• Ideally some experience or certainly a keen interest in social marketing
• Preferably strong client experience and exposure and strong communication skills to internally communicate
• Will have a natural interest in new and existing online marketing solutions, particularly in the spheres of Social, SEO, Display & Affiliates, along with an understanding of tracking systems
• The applicant should be excel in PowerPoint & Excel Should be passionate and enthusiastic about what they do and not afraid to challenge concepts in order to achieve excellence
• Understands that the digital and search landscape is an incredibly creative and exciting environment and wants to deliver cutting edge solutions for their clients
