*Hi - We're Digital Risks !*

Digital Risks is tearing up the insurance industry, with a new way of buying business insurance as a flexible monthly subscription. Voted one of the top insurtech start-ups by Techworld - and recent Winner of Startup of the Year 2018 at the British Insurance Awards - we’re already turning heads in the industry, and winning the hearts and minds of our clients.

With products designed for creatives, techies, innovators and visionaries, we’re on a mission to help protect our clients’ ventures, whatever the world throws at them.

And did we mention we’re ambitious? Backed by world-leading partners and with substantial funding behind us, we’re ready to take the insurance industry by storm.

After two years in business, things are hotting up here at Digital Risks. We've already developed a unique portfolio of products, identified our target customers, delivered some major proof points, and received some seriously "excellent" reviews.

But, that was the easy bit.

Now with immediate plans to scale, we're on the hunt for an outstanding Content Marketer to join the team.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for driving qualified leads, engaging new and existing customers, and growing the Digital Risks brand by creating and distributing outstanding content, whether it’s video, blogs, infographics, interactive features, or thought-leadership. You should have a thorough command of best practices and trends in social, content marketing and SEO, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.

The perfect person for the role is a self-motivated self-starter with an energetic, entrepreneurial mind-set. You never shy away from a challenge (in fact you relish it) and you aren’t scared to get your hands dirty to achieve results.

This is a huge opportunity to make your mark in a fast growth insurtech business.

- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).

- Build and manage a rich editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned content.

- Create awesome videos, infographics and imagery to bring our brand to life.

- Distribute content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.

- Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.

- Manage both on-page and off-page SEO (PR & link-building activities).

- Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

- Grow our email list organically rather than through bought lists.

- Optimise our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

Personality and team fit is critical for this role. We then look for:

- Relative experience - be it SaaS, B2B, insurtech, fintech, or other. (Experience on both client- and agency- side a bonus.)

- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.

- Outstanding practical capabilities in on and off-page SEO, and audience identification.

- Skilled in design and editing apps or programs that create engaging social content (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Splice, Meme Creators, Typorama).

- Photography/Video/Content Creation and Production experience.

- Well versed in using Google Analytics and social channels.

- Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.

- HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.

We're committed to making Digital Risks an enjoyable and rewarding place to work. We've built a fantastic team so far, and believe hard work deserves real rewards:

- Competitive salary with regular reviews.

- Ability to develop and grow your career within the company.

- 25 days holiday + bank holidays - work hard, play hard!

- Vitality private health and dental insurance.

- Great pension (contributions up to 10% of salary).

- Cycle to work scheme.

- Amazing team. Great founders. Supportive board and investors.

- Apple computer and latest tech gear.

- Fun, modern and informal office environment with regular team social events.

- Central London location with the best lunch in town (Borough market!)
