We are a London based beauty tech start that is passionate about helping beauty brands to use AI to revolutionize their digital marketing.

We have spent the last year developing our platform and we are now looking for a Sales Manager to develop and lead our sales strategy.

About Beauty Brains:

Beauty Brains is a predictive and autonomous AI marketing tool that helps beauty brands to generate a new source of CRM revenue. Our AI autonomously determines who to send an email to, what to promote and when to send it. Beauty Brains then creates and delivers the email without our customers needing to do a thing. Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating and managing an effective sales funnel.
• Identifying, qualifying and reaching out to prospective customers.
• Presenting, promoting and selling Beauty Brains to prospective customers.
• Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
• Creating and executing content strategies to build brand relationships with customers.
• Working towards agreed upon sales targets.
• Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Assisting customers during the onboarding process.
• Answering any customer queries or questions.
• Reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
