Part time: 15 hours per week

This is a fixed term contract for an enthusiastic and creative product launch specialist to
support Effervescent at an exciting time in our development.

We seek an experienced self-starter to help us launch our award-winning
I.AM.NOT.A.ROBOT foster care campaign across the UK.

Much of the initial groundwork has been done but we need a burst of energy and expertise to
help us manage the product launch and sales process.
This project is time-limited but there are opportunities either to be part of the production team
as the campaign goes live from 2019, or to support us with further product launches in 2019.

You will
o Create a product launch calendar, and identify appropriate audiences across the UK
o Create ordering systems and workflows for production team
o Create, commission and execute product launch and sales content including marketing
emails, follow up messaging, infographics, social media ad copy, direct mail copy, sales
page, order forms and riders
o Organise live chats, Q&A events and webinars to promote the product
o Dry run the launch process
o Launch the product
o Track metrics and optimisation
o Follow up with prospects. Answer questions or resolve problems for prospects. Create
case studies and personal stories.
o Report internally to the charity board and senior management team
o Work with our legal team to create contracts for clients
o Liaise directly with our producer to ensure site visits are done thoroughly and carefully
o Work with our programmers and producers to ensure the show is “drag and drop” ready
o Book our associate artists and technicians to install and manage the campaign whilst it is
on site in venues across the UK

Person specification:
Essential
o Degree, or significant experience, in communications, sales or marketing
o Experience of working with designers, creative writers, creative producers and
technicians
o Excellent written and oral communications skills
o Enthusiasm for and proven skills in product sales
o Ability to work under pressure
o A calm and methodical approach to work
Preferable
o Track record of successful product launches
o Experience of setting up and managing methodical CRM systems
o Understanding of the current UK foster care crisis and of local authorities’ roles and
responsibilities
