We have expanded to a team of over 80 across London, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool & Birmingham. We need a Marketing Intern to join our talented team in London.

You will work closely with the Marketing Director and the wider team, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of our marketing channels and projects.

Responsibilities & Duties
• You’ll help manage our high-volume recruitment marketing campaigns; attracting candidates across the hospitality & industrial sectors
• Management of job board activity and other recruitment marketing channels
• You’ll get involved with content creation and community engagement on social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn
• Create written, graphic & video content on social and maintain the content calendar
• Email marketing & marketing automation
• Assist in managing sponsorships, provide PR support and organise events
• Assist in mobile marketing and app store optimisation
• Work with the designer and assist creative & marketing productions
• Update marketing budget reports
• Conduct relevant marketing research and surveys as instructed by the Marketing Director
• Provide general marketing or office support to the business

Qualifications & Skills
• Approximately 1 year or relevant commercial marketing experience
• Familiarity with social media channels, Mailchimp, Wordpress, HTML and other digital marketing knowledge and skills
• A can-do attitude and a passion for learning new skills
• A creative mind and a willingness to try out new ideas (and not be put of by failure!) – an outgoing team-player is a must!
• A self-starter who can work autonomously, with a given set of instructions
• Video production knowledge is a plus
