We are building an engaged community of Creators (Influencers) on our platform with advice, tools and features to help them in their careers including our Social Circle Academy and this role is specifically tasked with growing and retaining our Creator community by using tactics and strategies of both standard marketing practices as well as identifying technologies and non traditional techniques to enable rapid growth. We use lean development practices and expect growth to use lean marketing practices so we’re looking for someone who can think laterally to generate tactics that drive explosive growth.

We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience of building a substantial engaged online community to focus on:
1. Develop and deliver strategies to drive acquisition, activation and retention of Creators
2. Working with Product team to drive product market fit
3. Driving adoption and growth in DAUs
4. Measuring and managing churn rates
5. Generating qualitative and quantitative data to prove product market fit, driving new features and assisting to scale the product offering.

More specifically duties include:
• Idea generation
• Planning
• Budgeting
• Scheduling
• Measurement
• Data analysis and insight gathering
• CAC analysis
• CRC analysis
• Tactical prioritization
• Running tactical experiments
• Funnel optimisation

Experience & Knowledge
• You have 3 years experience growing an online B2B and B2C user base.
• You have at least 4 years knowledge and understanding of a breadth of marketing practices.
• You’ve taken online products to market and helped drive and prove product market fit
• You have a proven track record in using non-standard techniques to drive growth and deliver fantastic results.
• You will also either have direct experience with, or a proven interest in technologies and techniques which can power and enable hyper growth in platform products.
• You have experience of the demands of customers in different segments of the Technology Adoption Life Cycle.
• You have experience and have acquired an acute understanding of how to drive down CAC and CRC and increase LTV.
• You have experience of finding and activating new distribution channels for growth.

What Really Matters
Experience matters, but what really gets us excited is a genuine passion for doing great work. If you read books on business development, growth techniques and industry trends in your spare time; if you bore your friends with “amazing stats” you’ve recently heard on a podcast about why SEO is congested and doesn't work as well in the current digital marketing landscape, you are probably right for this role.

You need to be the smartest person in the room when it comes to Growth. Our company culture encourages autonomy but also asking questions and challenging opinions and you’d need to be able to support your recommendations.

As part of the management team, and reporting into the CEO you’ll be working in a fast moving high growth business alongside business development, product development, account management and creator liaison teams.

We expect this team to grow in size substantially over the coming months on reaching defined targets and this is an opportunity for the right person to take steps to be a major part of the company management team with international ambitions.
