LoyaltyLion was founded four years ago by Charlie (ex-Deloitte) and Dave (ex-Oracle). We spent 12 months doing some serious bootstrapping – using a friend’s lounge as an office, renting the cheapest accommodation (it had no bathroom!) and taking government loans to make LoyaltyLion a success. Happy to say it’s paying off.

LoyaltyLion is backed by ex-ASOS ecommerce director, the co-founder of the World's largest loyalty program and two VCs. We power the loyalty programs of over 3,000 ecommerce stores worldwide and are currently in conversations with many of the UK's best known retail brands.


As Content Marketing Executive you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day creation of content for use across lead generation and partnership activities. The Marketing department is a recent addition so you’re going to be busy and constantly experimenting. Working with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive you’ll create content that will position LoyaltyLion as a market leader during a high growth phase.

Your key responsibilities:

- Producing regular content for LoyaltyLion’s blog and Medium channel
- Producing content for guest post opportunities with partners
- Managing relationships with freelancers, briefing them on ebooks and whitepapers, and editing their work
- Using LoyaltyLion data to create compelling customer case studies
- Identifying opportunities to expand the LoyaltyLion Academy with further useful content
- Working with the Marketing Executive to deliver an improved newsletter strategy
- Producing presentations for speaking opportunities and events
- Working with developers to understand and communicate new LoyaltyLion features
- Identifying opportunities for PR and outreach
- Building relationships with influencers and identifying opportunities to be featured in industry blogs and publications
- Staying on top of news and trends in the fields of ecommerce and loyalty, and using this to enhance your content and LoyaltyLion’s brand narrative
- Ensuring all content is working to drive our SEO

This is the role for you if you have two plus years of experience creating B2B content, you love variety and you want to create content that drives every aspect of marketing. You’re keen to learn and try new things and if you don’t know the answer to something, you won’t rest until you’ve found it. You’ll bring lots of ideas to the table - as a fast growth startup we are always doing things for the first time.
