An established NG8 based client are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst (SDA) for an initial three-month period and who is able to start immediately. The successful candidate will be required: To answer telephone calls from internal users and have an excellent phone manner. To be able to log records with clear and descriptive information using ServiceNow. To provide troubleshooting over the phone and face to face with users. To be familiar with ITIL principles as well as Incident, Request, Change and Asset Management. To be able to work well within a team and communicate effectively. To be able to work to set deadlines and SLAs. Desired Skills: Active Directory ServiceNow Microsoft RDS Network Printers Desktop software (Microsoft Office 365 etc.) Cisco AnyConnect and Cisco hardware Sophos SafeGuard Remote Desktop Administration VMWare Mobileiron & Smartphones Getac Tablets Optional Experience: ITIL foundation certified Experience working in a Service Desk environment The SDA will work as part of a rota covering the service desk Monday to Friday 08.00 - 18.00.
