Service Delivery Manager – Wrexham This role will include: •Looking after 8 different accounts •Visiting client sites – ensuring they are satisfied with their experience and making improvements where necessary •Increasing customer success levels •Working closely with the sales and project management teams to track progress •Achieving agreed service levels, cost targets and procedural compliance •Ensuring that the requirements of the key clients are communicated through liaison with Product Management The right candidate for this role will: •Have experience in a Service Delivery role, within the IT industry is essential •Essential having strong Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP/index match/pivot tables •Ability to understand complex customer requirements and communicate these in a concise and relevant way to various stakeholders •Strong organisation and communication skills Benefits: •£32,000 to £35,000 basic salary •4k bonus – depending on targets being hit •Company car or allowance We have a fantastic opportunity to work for our client who are looking for an enthusiastic Service Delivery Manager to join their team.
