Reporting to the Compliance Manager you will assist with the ongoing regulatory requirements and ensure the continuation of a robust compliance culture. You will help implement an effective training plan, clear processing and reporting procedures and provide ongoing advice and support. Further responsibilities include: Review, update and maintain policies contained within the Compliance Manual. Review any financial promotions or internal procedural changes to ensure full compliance and provide feedback. Provide guidance on complex complaints to ensure TCF principles are maintained. Assist with the coordination of mandatory compliance training. Assist in the delivery of compliance training. Collate, analyse and prepare compliance data for senior management. Report to the Compliance Manager any areas of non-compliance that are identified. The Person: Educated to A-Level or equivalent standard. Previous experience in financial services risk/compliance would be a distinct advantage. Good analytical and investigative skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Planning and organisational skills. Good IT skills in Microsoft Office.
