Sales Ledger Assistant / Oldham / c£22,000 with benefits Consultants; Karen Reynolds and Sheila McQuillam Based on the edge of Oldham close to motorway links and with onsite car parking our Client is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant who also has very strong Administration skills. A market leader our Client is recruiting due to the continued success of their business and to cope with additional work loads. Our Client is ideally looking to appoint an individual who is capable of challenging current working practices and procedures. Someone who is willing to look at a new way of doing things. To succeed in this role you will need to have a back ground across Sales Ledger AND Credit Control. You will need to understand striking a balance between the Collection of Debt v offering the highest levels of Customer Service at all times! On a day to day basis you will work across; FOB and Drop Ship Review of outstanding Payments - Credit Control by Telephone / Letter and Email Allocation of Payments and Reconciliation of Daily Banking Maintain accurate Client Records and Database Extensive Query Management and Resolution Production of Monthly Accruals Update Aged Debt Reports Extensive use of Excel - V LOOKUP and Pivot Tables This is a role that will suit a self motivated character who enjoys working under their own steam!
