About the Role: This newly created position will be pivotal in delivering and managing integrated marketing plans to ensure wider brand reach and continuous campaign consistency. Duties will include; Coordinate and implement Consumer marketing activities for category campaigns and product launches. Liaise with external agencies on the campaign objectives and overseeing the project from concept to execution. Extrapolating and reporting campaign performance working with the wider marketing team to evaluate ROI. Share insights and recommendations based on industry news, competitor activity and trend forecasts. Ensuring that all creative channels are delivering are best in class campaigns. Taking full responsibility for the timing and deliverables to all stakeholders involved in the campaign. Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Organising media as part of the wider campaigns, ensuring avenues are within budget. Working closely with the category team to understand consumer trends and motivation and ensuring such information is briefed to the wider marketing team and reflected in highly engaging campaigns. Key Skills/Experience Required: You will have a passion for delivering the best omni-channel campaigns for brand activity and product launches. You are expected to fully understand 360 marketing to manage the overall campaign plans. In order to be considered for the role of Consumer Marketing Manager, you must possess the following; Excellent project management skills with the ability to run and complete multiple projects. 3 years+ marketing management within a consumer brand environment. A proven track record of successfully planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns to the consumer. Exposure to implementing social media campaigns and communicating with social media influencers. An understanding of media buying across multiple channels. Managing the creative process from briefing to execution and the ability to effectively communicate the brief to the marketing team. Budget management and responsibility with the ability to be both and tactical and strategic. Comfortable and capable of working in a fast paced high – pressured environment.
