SF Group are currently recruiting for a brilliant SME within the Construction Industry based in the North Nottinghamshire working in a small but friendly team on a permanent basis. On offer is a Credit Control position. Duties will include: customer billing, sales ledger and credit control activity for their businesses customer base. You will proactively chase customer accounts and maintain an up to date ledger whilst ensuring customer accounts are updated with incoming monies and reconciled. You will also be dealing with the sales ledger, sending out customer bills, you will send out customer statements and reconcile the bank on a daily basis. Reporting in to the financial controller you will work closely to ensure the ledger is updated and cash flow is monitored. Our client is keen to recruit a positive, proactive and experienced credit controller, or a candidate with a more varied background within accounts. Most importantly an understanding of the construction sector is essential. You will bring a strong working knowledge of credit control, sales ledger and the billing process. Experience in the construction industry is a necessity for this role. In return the offering is a competitive salary of £20-£23k depending on relevant experience.
