The business A start-up graduate recruitment agency enabling growing businesses to search and hire recent graduates using media rich intelligent search tools on their website and excellent customer service. Based in a creative shared work space full of start-ups in East London’s ‘Tech City’ this company was set-up by two highly ambitious founders with 18 years combined experience working in the industry. The job You will join the team to take control of the marketing function within the business, supported by the founders and external marketing partners this is an excellent entry level graduate job for a recent University leaver. In this working environment you’ll be supported and given freedom to experiment with and develop an incredible marketing strategy. Job breakdown • Manage the business Instagram account, experimenting different ways to use Instagram and other social media channels as marketing tools for both graduates and UK businesses. • Research and write new topics for the business’s content marketing strategy, identifying the topics that both recent graduates and hiring companies want to read and access. • Use the business’ network of graduates to attract and manage contributors to generate new content on the topics you decide need writing about. • Research and connect with companies and websites to send them content articles to post through their own network of websites and media outlets. • Produce vlogs on topics surrounding graduate career advice, either yourself or by using a network of contributors. • Experiment with ways to connect with the graduate market e.g. sponsoring Uni sports teams, sending promotional merchandise, producing research white papers for Uni societies. • Experiment with ways to connect with growing UK businesses e.g. producing research reports to provide insight on attracting top graduate talent, latest graduate recruitment tends etc. • As the company grows you will start to learn about and manage the analytical side of marketing to better understand where web traffic is coming from and how to adjust and manage the business’ marketing budget. • As the company grows you will be responsible for managing any events the team attend and designing marketing material.
