A world leading visual communications company specialising in high end marketing print solutions for some of the worlds leading brands have an immediate requirement for an Application Support Analyst to join them at their offices in Walthamstow (E17). Key Skills: 2nd line support, Application Support Analyst, Microsoft, Apple, desktop, Active directory Location: Walthamstow, E17 Salary: Up to £50,000 depending upon experience As Application Support Analyst you will be providing 2nd line technical desktop and application support across the user community. Key Responsibilities 2nd line day-to-day support of IT environment. Active Director user and group administration Management of label printing environment Telephony systems administration Administration of IT security systems Administration of email environment Administration of Office 365 environment Knowledge, Skills and Experience Microsoft and Apple environments Active Directory GPO management Microsoft Exchange administration Office 365 administration Desktop and server patch management SQL scripting VMWare Sophos Mimecast Zscaler Working within busy support desk environment Work within a team and independently as required Excellent communication skills ITIL Microsoft MCP - Beneficial Apple certified technician - Beneficial They are looking for someone with extensive MS and Apple support experience who believes in getting the job done.
