High Quality Deputy Manager Needed for Linden Tree Nursery Schools
Linden Tree Nursery Schools are the only Froebel Day Nursery Schools in Battersea and Clapham in South London for children aged 6 months to 5 years old.
We are offering a fantastic new opportunity for an enthusiastic Deputy to join our highly qualified dedicated team within our day schools for children aged 0-5 years.
Applicants need to have childcare or teaching experience and need to be very energetic and ambitious. You will need excellent problem solving skills and be prepared to work in a challenging environment because you want to help us achieve a wonderful learning experience for our children in conjunction with their families and other staff.
Our Nursery Schools are in wonderful natural settings, with homely decor and natural resources. We have lovely green gardens for use throughout the year and we only register 37 children in the nursery setting so that we can continuously provide a high quality enabled environment for staff, children and families.
All of our staff benefit from a high end bespoke training program delivered by our Training Manager and we always seek to support your career path to Nursery Manager.
We are a private company which has been established since 2005 and we currently operate 3 children’s day nursery schools and wish to expand in the coming years. All our nurseries have been newly renovated inside and out with a natural effect garden for children to grow and develop through the Froebelian approach.
Our opening hours are 8 am until 6.30 pm Monday to Friday and we are open 51 weeks of the year, closed on Bank Holidays and a week over Christmas.
Salary:: £24,500 -£28,000 dependent on experience and qualification
Holiday: 26 days per year plus Bank holidays
Contractual hours: 40 hours per week plus 1 hour paid lunch break per day
You must have a Degree level qualification or Level 5 in Early Education
Must have the right to work in the UK, no convictions and cautions, clear DBS
