We currently have a great opportunity for a talented Head of Care (40
hours) to join our new luxury retirement village in Witney and use
their skills to lead our care team to deliver the highest quality of
modern care in an exceptional working environment.

About the Role
This is an opportunity for a talented clinical leader to use
their skills to recruit, train and develop their own care team to
deliver the highest standard of care coupled with great kindness
within an exceptional working environment.
Reporting to the Village Manager, you will be a Registered
Manager or a current Home Manager with experience of elderly care home
management, a confident leader with the ability to manage with an open
and approachable personality.
You will be responsible for recruiting, training and developing
your own care team to drive the highest standards in clinical service,
helping to ensure an outstanding reputation for the village in the

maintaining the highest quality of services and standards, putting
kindness and our residents at the centre of everything we do
You will also need to be commercially aware as you will also
drive occupancy within the care home and ensure effective budget
management and finance administration is maintained so that
profitability and efficiency KPI's are met.
Minimum NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care, and ideally a
management qualification such as the Registered Manager's Award.
