Electronic Engineering Technician
An Electronic Engineering Technician with excellent soldering skills and experience of debugging hardware ideally within the semiconductor industry is sought by a renowned name in the wireless communications industry. You will test, rework and fault find development boards to support new exciting silicon projects, including manual and ATE testing where appropriate. Key skills the Electronic Engineering Technician will have: Soldering skills (0402 ideally) in particular reflow BGA and CSPs down to 0.4mm pitch. Debugging hardware ideally within semiconductor industry. Using standard test equipment. Some exposure to programming. High Temperature Operating Life (HTOL) boards testing. Exposure to Bluetooth or Audio. Methodical approach to problem solving and good team player. Good written & oral English skills.
